East Peoria Kiwanis M. Dale Revelle Scholarship

More than two decades ago, East Peoria Kiwanis Club established a scholarship with a twofold purpose: to honor an outstanding East Peoria Community High School student and to honor one our members who gave so much to our organization.

The East Peoria Kiwanis M. Dale Revelle Scholarship is named for the man who helped establish the $1,200 award to a graduating senior who is active both in school and the community. Dale, a State Farm Insurance agent and a charter member of the East Peoria Kiwanis, ultimately lost his fight against cancer, but his spirit lives on in the dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm of the scholarship awardees.

East Peoria Community High School students interested in applying for the scholarship should inquire at the school’s Student Services office or with their guidance counselor.
